RLI Managing Director Kathrin Goldammer will give a keynote speech entitled “From Energy Transition to System Transition” at the project management meeting of the BMWI’s Energy Transition in the Building and District Sectors Research Initiative. In her presentation, Kathrin will use examples from the concrete work of the RLI to show how important stakeholder empowerment and transdisciplinarity are for the successful implementation of an Energy System Transition. So-called StEmp tools enable successful collaboration between science and practice here and support technical-physical research by integrating the socio-political aspects.
The project management meeting will take place under the motto “Perspectives of the Energy Transition” and will address questions of implementation, but also of social transformation. The German Solar Energy Society (DGS) is organizing the meeting.
