Netz_eLOG: New Website and successful Workshop

04.05. | On 29.04.2020 the kick-off workshop of the workshop series in the Netz_eLOG project took place – onlie, due to the current Corona situation. In addition to the project team from e.dis, IAV and DPDHL and staff from the Research Unit Mobility with Renewable Energy at RLI, more than 50 guests participated in the first of a series of workshops. Also, project website was launched that offers more detailed information about Netz_eLOG.

Representatives from the fields of networks and energy supply, fleet and site operators, and representatives of associations such Representatives of associations exchanged views on the challenges of network integration and load management as well as the specific technical and data requirements. Other topics included the wish for uniform regulations and standards, concrete need for action on the regulatory and economic side, as well as the necessary incentives.

The aim of the series is to bring the stakeholders together and jointly work out how grid-side control options can be implemented in technical, economic and regulatory terms. In addition, incentive models for control options will be developed and project findings and simulation results will be discussed with the participants.
