Anton Schatz was participating in the German Federal Volunteer Service (Bundesfreiwilligendienst) from September 2018 to July 2019. In this context, he supported the Research Unit Transformation of Energy Systems. Anton graduated from high school in July 2018 and used the BFD to gain hands-on experience in renewable energy and non-profit research before taking up his studies.
