Guido Pleßmann wins Best Paper Award at 2nd SEE SDEWES

Guido Pleßmann, PhD candidate in RLI’s Research Field Transformation of Energy Systems, has been awarded 3^rd place of the Best Paper Award at the “2^nd SEE SDEWES“ Conference in Piran.

In his work “Outlook on South-East European power system until 2050: Least-cost decarbonization pathway meeting EU mitigation targets”, Guido shows how the EU’S goals for reducing greenhouse gas can be reached until 2050, based in Renewable Energies.
