Catherina Cader, project and division manager in the RLI research area Off-Grid Systems, will participate in the I4C conference and present the Off Grid Planner tool developed by RLI in the marketplace area.
The open source tool originates from the PeopleSuN project and is used to plan off-grid systems in Nigeria. The tool aims to carry out a spatial optimization of the distribution grid as well as the design of energy converters and energy storage systems.
INNOVATE4CLIMATE (I4C), organized by the World Bank Group, is an annual global conference on climate finance, climate investment and climate markets.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage with leaders driving climate action, learn about innovative approaches to accelerate climate action and find new investors, clients and partners.
