The Regional Programme Energy Security and Climate Change in Latin America of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (EKLA-KAS), the South American Institute for Resilience and Sustainability Studies (SARAS) and LatinClima, organize the Second Expert Seminar “Good Governance to energy transition”. It follows the discussion of the first conference in 2015 and deals with the energy policy transitions within Latin America.
For this purpose, Kathrin Goldammer, managing director at the Reiner Lemoine Institute, will travel to Uruguay and talk about the consequences of the Paris agreement on the international energy transition.
