Sebastian Gläser has been a Guest Researcher at RLI since May 2022 as part of the Graduate School "EnergieSystemWende" and is also a Master's candidate at TU Berlin. His research focuses on the modal split in the transport sector as well as the use of bicycle mobility and its impact on the mobility sector.

He also has a special interest in e-mobility and renewable energies. With his work at RLI, he wants to support the transformation of the transport sector, for which he will analyze the demand for mobility and the implementation on bike paths within the project quetzal_germany.

Sebastian holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Fulda University of Applied Sciences. The title of his bachelor thesis was: Conceptual Design of a Smart Home Controller in the Environment of Ambient Assisted Living (AAL).

In addition to his work at RLI, he also works on sustainable charging solutions for Vattenfall InCharge.
