NFDI4Energy Conferenz
24. March 2026, Aachen
Ludwig Hülk and Jonas Huber, both researchers in the Research Unit Transformation of Energy Systems, will participate in the 3rd NFDI4Energy Conference and will be represented in two formats. On the one hand, they will discuss together with other speakers on the topic of “Interoperability for Energy-Related Ontologies: An Ontology Platform for the Energy Sector”. They are also co-hosting a workshop with partners entitled “Defining a Resource Collection – A Workshop on Shared Tools, Community Resources and Teaching Materials”. The interactive format aims to foster collaboration in energy research by creating a shared knowledge base of tools, community resources, and educational materials.
As part of the NFDI4Energy project, RLI scientists are working with partner organisations to build an infrastructure for research data from energy system analysis. These structures are intended to support relevant scientific workflows – from data collection and their integration into research software to data publication and knowledge transfer.
The NFDI4Energy conference takes place annually and is organized by the NFDI4Energy consortium. The aim of the conference is to bring together the expert community for data management in energy research and to promote collaboration and discuss future research trends.
