Handelsblatt Hydrogen Summit 2025

Kathrin Goldammer, Managing Director of RLI, will be speaking at the Handelsblatt Hydrogen Summit 2025 in Saarbrücken on the topic of “Production and Trade: Building a Market”. The event will discuss key issues relating to the economic viability of green and blue hydrogen, pricing and trading models in Europe as well as international supply chains and import strategies.

The Hydrogen Summit offers a platform for exchanging views on the role of hydrogen in the energy transition. The focus will be on current developments and trends in hydrogen technology. Experts from politics, industry and research will share their perspectives on the hydrogen economy. The focus will be on hydrogen infrastructure, technology and demand.

Kathrin will contribute her expertise both from a research perspective – as head of a research institute and honorary professor at HTW Berlin – and from an entrepreneurial perspective. She is co-founder of the IT start-up Localiser RLI GmbH, which has developed the hydrogen marketplace together with political players in the Berlin-Brandenburg region. This digital platform helps with the supply and demand of hydrogen in the region. Kathrin is therefore familiar with the interfaces between science, technology and business.
