Strommarkttreffen

At the upcoming Strommarkttreffen in Berlin, Jan Timo Meyer, researcher in RLI’s Mobility with Renewable Energies research unit, will provide input on the overarching topic of local electricity prices and grid fees.

In his presentation, “The Impact of Local Flexibility Management on the Grid,” Jan Timo will report on the ErSiFlex project and present its findings. In this project, RLI researchers investigated the effects that various forms of managing residential energy systems have on the grid.

Also, Ilka Cußmann, head of the research unit Transformation of Energysystems, will take part in the meeting.

The Strommarkttreffen take place regularly and serve as an open network of energy experts from academia, politics, and industry.
