Personal Information
Chonthida Promphakping had been a student assistant in the Research Unit Off-Grid Systems at RLI in 2025 and has been a Master’s thesis student since September 2026. She is enrolled in the Master’s degree program in Sustainability Science at Leuphana University of Lüneburg. Her thesis topic focuses on business and operational models for island mini-grids, including the use of green hydrogen for seasonal storage solutions in Thailand. Chonthida holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Chiang Mai University and a first master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Cologne.
