Personal Information
Manuel Wahl has been a student assistant in the research area of Mobility with Renewable Energy at RLI since September 2025. He supports the research area in the project ENETRA (Energy-Transformation-Assistent for inland ports) and is studying for a Master’s degree in operational environmental informatics at the University of Applied Science HTW Berlin.
Manuel holds a master’s degree in sustainable building design from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences (BHT Berlin) and completed his thesis at the DLR Institute for Networked Energy Systems and Solar Research. Manuel also holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on renewable energies.
In addition to his work at RLI, he is a certified energy efficiency expert and is interested in open source.
