Hybridization Potentials Worldwide (Blechinger 2016)

Diesel electricity generation costs can be well above 0.20 EUR/kWh in remote regions (with high transport costs and low efficiency of diesel power plants). This creates an attractive market for the implementation of renewable energies (hybridisation) without political funding instruments. The presentation deals with the question: Where do these market potentials lie?

The following three use cases are particularly addressed:
