A. Christidis; A. Wasike-Schalling; J. Arriens

Hydrogen power plants will secure the supply of electricity in the future if renewable energies cannot fully do so. However, hydrogen power plants are not yet commercially available, which is why so-called H2-ready power plants with political incentives are to be built first. However, H2-ready has not yet been clearly defined.

The study forms an information basis on the topic of “H2-Ready Power Plants”. The aim is to show what H2 readiness means technically and regulatorily.
