Measuring campaign on the potential of e-mobility for air quality
July 24th, 2019 | Since the beginning of this month, the RLI is collecting data on the NO2 concentration at several locations in Berlin. With the help of passive collectors (measuring equipment without energy supply), the RLI, in cooperation with the TU Berlin, is investigating whether improving the charging infrastructure for electromobility also has a demonstrable effect on air quality. The measurement campaign is part of the project Neue Berliner Luft, which is funded under the Clean Air program of the Federal Government.
