Conference proceedings of the RLI Climate Justice Conference now available online
May 28, 2021 | In cooperation with the Arab-German Young Academy of Sciences and Humanities (AGYA), the Reiner Lemoine Institute hosted its first conference on climate change and climate justice in November 2020. A particular focus of the conference “Interconnected voices: Climate change, equity, and the way forward” was on bringing as many diverse voices and perspectives as possible to the discussion. The conference’s contributions are now available online as videos.
More than 250 international participants exchanged views on climate justice issues within the context of climate change at the online conference on November 25 and 26. The focus was on processes, strategies and practices that could be used to address the challenges of climate change in an interdisciplinary and integrative way.
In seven thematic sessions, contributions from the participants’ research work were presented and discussed by experts. Video recordings of the sessions are now available online.
