Energy Round Table: H2-Ready Power Plants

Juliane Arriens and Andreas Christidis from the Research Unit Mobility with Renewable Energy at the Reiner Lemoine Institute (RLI) will discuss hydrogen infrastructure at the Berlin Energy Roundtable. Juliane and Andreas will present the results of a study on H2-ready power plants by the RLI and discuss the measures required for conversion, the costs involved and which legal provisions need to be adapted. Dr. Olaf Däuper, lawyer at Becker Büttner Held, will then give a legal assessment of the topic.

At the Berlin Energy Round Table, players from the energy industry meet at regular intervals to discuss current developments in the fields of energy and the energy transition. The format has been organized by the Institute for Climate Protection, Energy and Mobility (IKEM) since the end of 2022.
