2. Workshop MaStR4All
26. November 2025, Köln
Bringing together users of the core energy market data register (MaStR) and working together to make MaStR data more usable – that is what the MaStR4All project is all about.
Ludwig Hülk, researcher in the research unit Transformation of Energy Systems, will conduct the project’s second workshop together with RLI Managing Director Kathrin Goldammer in Cologne. Together with the Institute of Energy Economics at the University of Cologne (EWI), RLI is organizing the second community meeting. The aim is to consolidate and expand the exchange between developers, users, and operators of the core energy market data register. Together, we want to present the results of the first workshop and discuss how data processing, data validation, and corrections can be improved for the benefit of all.
A central topic is the open-source tool open_MaStR. It is being developed collaboratively by RLI with scientific partners and has been simplifying the use of MaStR data since 2019. It is currently being used for various research projects, regional analyses, company research, and the planning of solar and wind energy projects.
If you have any questions or are interested in participating in the workshop, please send an email to Ludwig Hülk.
