“Energy Research Networked – 1st Symposium of the Research Networks Energy”

RLI Managing Director Kathrin Goldammer will be a speaker at the first symposium of the Research Networks Energy on June 14. As an open forum of experts, the Research Networks Energy represent the research landscape in Germany on topics such as bioenergy, renewable energies, system analysis or even hydrogen. For the first time, the conference will bring together members of all networks as well as experts from the fields of energy transition and society as well as resource efficiency.

Kathrin will explain how open data standards can support the energy transition in her keynote lecture on the second day of the event, June 14. The rest of the program includes various presentations, panel discussions and workshops from the research community. The German Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK) will also present the key points of the upcoming 8th Energy Research Program to the expert audience.

The focus of the event is cross-network collaboration as well as interdisciplinary discussion of current cross-cutting issues. The on-site date is already fully booked, but many program points will be streamed. Online participation is still possible.
