November 2nd – 3rd 2017 | Leipzig

The HYPOS network will meet at the 3rd HYPOS-Forum in Leipzig in order to discuss current research projects and exchange news and ideas. HYPOS is short for Hydrogen Power Storage & Solutions East Germany, and is a project within the “Zwanzig20” (“Twenty20”) program of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. As an association, it promotes the East German hydrogen industry, counting more than 100 members which include research institutions and companies of all sizes. RLI is a HYPOS member focusing on the role of hydrogen as a technology in the German Energy Transition and does research on hydrogen and mobility infrastructure in Germany. RLI Managing Director Kathrin Goldammer is a member of the association’s Board of Directors.

Das RLI is contributing to the meeting with a presentation by Elisa Gaudchau about potentials and scenarios for renewable energy in Eastern Germany and a panel discussion about the effects of networks in the hydrogen sector, chaired by Kathrin Goldammer.
