Lecture at conference “Upheavals, Transitions, Interventions: Mobility and transportation in transition”

Jannis Adler, former student assistant at the RLI, will present the results of his master’s thesis at the conference “Umbrüche, Übergänge, Interventionen: Mobility and Transportation in Transition” conference at the University of Cologne, presenting findings from his master’s thesis. It is entitled “Economic effects of the expansion of publicly accessible charging infrastructure”.
Among other things, Jannis explores the question of when the economic benefits of charging infrastructure exceed the costs. He also explains why retail locations can be advantageous compared to a classic roadside location.
The conference by the Institute for Regional and Urban Development Research (ILS) is taking place as part of the 19th annual conference of the “Mobility and Transport” working group (AK MoVe) in cooperation with the Pegasus Network for Mobility and Transport Research.
