Virtual Event
RLI Managing Director Kathrin Goldammer will represent the RLI at this year’s Citizen Participation Symposium of the Deutsche Kreditbank AG (DKB). Kathrin will present RLI and its work there and go into detail about the institute’s three Research Units – Transformation of Energy Systems, Mobility with Renewable Energy, and Off-Grid Systems – to give a brief outline of all the essential issues in context of the overall transformation of the energy system. The focus of her presentation will be on stakeholder empowerment tools, as well as the open_plan project, which focuses on users to answer questions about decentralized approaches and energy supply in a user-friendly way.
The Competence Center Citizen Participation of the DKB organizes the Expert Day Citizen Participation, which addresses about 100 experts and executives of the DKB. The symposium will be held under the motto: ‘”Citizen Participation”, “Renewable Energy” and “Digitalization” form a de facto unit – and always in the context of the major overall objective of “Sustainability”’. In particular, the question of concrete support for (energy) cooperatives will be addressed during the symposium.
