On September 21, Paul Bertheau, researcher in the unit Off-Grid Systems will give a presentation at the Tropentag 2023. Paul will talk about the Green-HyRECA project. His presentation is titled “Project Green-HyRECA – Production potential of green hydrogen in Central Asia”. He will also participate in a panel discussion afterwards. The presentation is part of the agenda item “Research Cooperation for Sustainable Development” of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research between 10:45 am and 12:15 pm in the Fritz-Reuter-Saal of the HU Berlin.

The Tropentag is a development-oriented, interdisciplinary conference. Participants discuss issues of resource management, the environment, agriculture, forestry, livestock, food, nutrition, sustainable resource use and poverty reduction worldwide.
In 2023, the event will take place as a hybrid conference under the motto “Competing paths for a just transformation of food systems: trade-offs and synergies”. It is organised by the Leibniz Centre for Agricultural Landscape Research (ZALF), Germany, in cooperation with HU Berlin.
