Unlocking Industries – Hydrogen in Africa

RLI Managing Director Kathrin Goldammer will participate in the second “Unlocking Industries” event of the Africa Association of German Business and give a presentation. The event is aimed at decision-makers from politics and industry. The participants will discuss questions on how Africa can build a market for hydrogen and how a partnership between Africa and Germany in this field can look like.

On June 15, Kathrin will give a presentation on “H2 Mobility Change – New Perspectives for Climate-Friendly Transport”. Among other things, she will use this to draw attention to the connections between local value chains and industrial diversification and the development of a modern mobility infrastructure for goods and people. E-mobility and hydrogen-based mobility will be compared and the question of how developments in mobility might affect intra-African trade will be discussed.

The event is aimed at people who want to learn more about African-German cooperation on hydrogen.
