Tobias Rieper, researcher in the RLI research Unit Off-Grid Systems, will give a presentation at a webinar „Integration of electric mobility and renewable energy: Identifying and implementing effective pathways for power and transport sector coupling” followed by a discussion. The webinar presentations will highlight a wide range of sustainable mobility solutions and Tobias will talk about “Multi-criteria analysis (MCA) for defining the right low-carbon energy & transport development path”. The webinar will focus on how to take the work forward and what the implementation of the new strategies will look like in specific island, city and national contexts. Geographic successes and lessons learned will focus particularly on Latin America, specifically Peru and Mexico. The webinar is hosted by the Low Emission Development Strategies Global Partnership (LEDS) and LEDS for Latin America and the Carribean (LEDS LAC).
