Students from all over Germany and from all departments will be invited to present their research and discuss it with an interested audience at the event. Karoline and Sarah have been working together on an interdisciplinary master’s degree project to research the potential of a nature conservation-compatible expansion of wind power in Lausitz and have developed a GIS-based analysis. They will present the results of this work on October 4 in Session A2 “Renewable Energies”.
The conference is free of charge. Contributing and non-contributing students, as well as any other interested individuals, can register to attend the conference via an online registration form by Sept. 27, 2022.
