November 9 – 12, 2022 | Stralsund
For the 29th time, the REGWA (REGenerative Energien und Wasserstofftechnologie) symposium will take place in November at the University of Applied Sciences Stralsund, where researchers, municipal representatives, actors of the energy industry and interested parties will exchange ideas on renewable energies in theory and practice. Wiebke Labudde, research associate in the research unit Mobility with Renewable Energies, represents the RLI at the event and will give a presentation on an open source tool and charging strategies for e-vehicles. On the first day of the event, the symposium will begin in the afternoon and focus on the production and application of green methanol as a derivative of renewably produced hydrogen.
The second day will focus on the development of a hydrogen economy in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and the third day will deal with practical applications and results from research on renewable energies and hydrogen technology.
Wiebke will also contribute to the event on this third day with a presentation. Her presentation will deal with the open source tool SpiceEV which was used for modeling charging strategies for e-vehicles within the project Netz_eLOG.
A field trip to other research facilities is being planned to conclude the event on November 12th.
This year’s REGWA will be held as a hybrid event (online and face-to-face) on Nov. 9 and as a face-to-face-only event from Nov. 10 – 12. More information about the event can be found here.
