Annual meeting of the “Forschungsnetzwerk Energiesystemanalyse”
6. May 2025, Berlin
Ilka Cußmann and Mascha Richter, head of the RLI research area Transformation of Energy Systems, as well as the scientific staff – Jonathan Amme, Ludwig Hülk, Jonas Huber, Marie-Claire Gering, Moritz Schlösser and Sarah Berendes – will participate in the annual meeting of the Research Network Energy System Analysis.
Our experts will present the reGon project and the Open Energy Platform in the form of poster presentations. In addition, they will lead various workshops, including Jonas Huber and Ludwig Hülk, who will contribute to multi-layer metadata, Sarah Berendes, who will deal with computational boundaries, and Marie-Claire Gering, who will give a short input on seasonal heat storage. On the second day, the topics “Stakeholder integration in energy system modeling” and “Data and ontologies” will be on the agenda.
The Energy System Analysis Research Network organizes an annual conference in Berlin. This serves as an exchange platform for the development of joint strategies and concepts for improving modeling tools, data transparency and the comparison of models and scenarios. It also discusses how the results of systems analysis research can be put into practice in industry and politics.
