The Capital City Conference on Electric Mobility is in its sixth year – this time for the first time on the premises of the EUREF Campus in Berlin-Schöneberg. Its organizer, the Berlin Agency for Electromobility (eMO), has invited more than 500 representatives from politics, industry, science, administration, and the media to join in discussions regarding the further development and establishment of sustainable mobility schemes in Berlin.

RLI’s Managing Director Kathrin Goldammer will present the project “Potential of added value through sector coupling” in a Pecha Kucha presentation. In this project, RLI is investigating the potential of added value that can be expected in the capital city region as a result of coupling of the electricity and transport sectors.

This year, the capital city conference on electric mobility takes place as part of the Future Mobility Week from April 8-12, 2018. Additional items on the agenda during the week are the Future Mobility Summit organized by the Tagesspiegel and the “Lab2Reality” conference organized by the research campus Mobility2Grid. All events during the week will take place on the EUREF Campus and will span the topics interlinking, autonomous vehicles, mobility-as-a-service, sharing, and naturally, electric mobility.
