30th April, 2021
Virtual Conference

Arnold Wasike, student assistant in the RLI Research Unit Off-Grid Systems, is presenting a paper, “Comparison of PV potential models for Africa and their potential cost implications”, at this year’s virtual general assembly of the European Geosciences Union (vEGU21). The paper is based on a part of his master’s thesis and is co-authored with Catherina Cader, Head of the RLI Research Unit Off-Grid-Systems. The presentation will take place in the conference section on “Spatial and Temporal Modeling of Renewable Energy Systems”.

The EGU General Assembly is an annual event that brings together geoscientists from around the world, this year for the second time virtually. The aim of the event is to provide a forum for early career scientists in particular to present and discuss their work.
