June 6 | Online
Katrin Lammers, researcher in the Off-Grid Systems research department at RLI, will participate in the webinar “Green Hydrogen in the Pacific Islands and the Philippines”.
A project will be presented that was developed as part of the Export Initiative for Environmental Protection (EXI) funding program of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV).
The webinar will focus on the potential and challenges of decentralized energy supply with hydrogen and fuel cell technology in the Pacific Islands and the Philippines. The Reiner Lemoine Institute was involved in the development of application scenarios and the analysis of application fields of hydrogen technology in the two regions. Kathrin will present the analytical models used in the project – such as the multi-vector simulation software (MVS), which is based on oemof.
The webinar is organized by Chambers for GreenTech and NOW GmbH.
