02.05. | Berlin Energy Days – Decentralized hydrogen concepts
Digital event
In order to live climate-neutrally in the future, it is necessary to exploit the potential of decentralized generation, storage and use of renewable hydrogen. As part of the Berlin Energy Days, the German Energy Agency (dena) is holding a digital event on this topic on May 2 between 4:30 and 6:30 pm. Anne Schalling, researcher in the unit Mobility with Renewable Energy at RLI, will represent the perspective of science in the panel discussion on the question “What contribution can decentralized hydrogen concepts make to the transformation of the energy system?”.
In order to work together with different market players on the development of decentralized hydrogen concepts, dena has launched the H2decentral platform. During this event, selected application examples, different perspectives and activities in this field will be presented.
After a short strategic introduction to the topic, selected short impulses on different concepts and application areas will be presented to the audience. In the panel discussion, the contribution of these concepts to the security of supply and transformation of the energy system will be discussed. Finally, the participants will be able to ask questions to the experts in an interactive format.
