October 6th – 8th 2020
Virtual Conference
RLI will again participate with a large delegation in this year’s online conference “Energy Modelling Platform for Europe 2020“ (EMP-E 2020). Christoph Muschner, Christian Hofmann, Ludwig Hülk, Martha Hoffmann, and Sarah Berendes will present research results in the form of videos and will chair several sessions.
The EMP-E brings together scientists and policy makers working on current energy modelling and energy policy issues, looking at the current and future opportunities for change.
The aim of the conference is to promote a platform for a larger exchange of information between scientists and political decision makers and offers, among other things, the possibility to deal more intensively with various topics of energy modeling through ePosters. Such an ePoster is also presented by Martha on the topic “Introducing an open-source simulation tool for sector-coupled energy system optimization: The Multi-Vector Simulator (MVS)”.
The conference is taking place for the fourth time this year and is organized by the Directorate General Research Innovation, the program and the possibility to register can be found on the website EMP-E 2020.
