Felix Maurer has been a student assistant in the Research Unit Transformation of Energy System at RLI since March 2022. He is enrolled in the master's degree program Regenerative Energy Systems at Technical University of Berlin. Felix supports the team by analyzing the energy system in Germany and its sector interconnection.
Felix holds a bachelor's degree in renewable Energies from the University of Stuttgart. In this program he attained a good overview on different renewable Energy technologies and the general (mainly electrical and thermal) energysystem in Germany. He was specializing for thermal solar power and biomass usage.
