Efficient planning of charging points for electric vehicles in every region – this has been the offer of Localiser RLI GmbH, the first spin-off of Reiner Lemoine Institute, since October 2018. The number of electric vehicles in Germany is increasing and so is the need for public charging facilities. Within this framework, RLI has carried out numerous projects for urban, regional, and nationwide charging infrastructure planning. The experience gained from these projects motivated the foundation of a company that independently from RLI develops web-based software for the automated planning of charging infrastructure for e-mobility.
