Jan Scholz has been a student assistant in the Research Unit Transformation of Energy System at RLI since April 2024. He is enrolled in the master's degree program Energy and Environmental Management at the Flensburg University. In context of his work he is writing a thesis examining defossilisation of glass and cement industry.

Jan holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Applied University of Aachen.
