Info

Maike Held was a researcher at RLI in the research unit Transformation of Energy Systems from March until November 2023. Before that, she had already been working as a student assistant at RLI from June 2022. She wrote her master's thesis in industrial engineering with a specialization in electrical engineering at Technical University of Berlin on the optimal use of flexibilities in radial distribution grids to serve the grid. Aside from that, she was working in the eGo^n project developing the eDisGo toolbox there.

Maike received her bachelor's degree in industrial engineering with a specialization in energy and resources from the Technical University of Berlin. In her studies, she focused on energy production from renewable sources and modeling of high-resolution electricity and gas consumption in Germany. She also holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Freie Universität Berlin.
