Phuong Thu Le was working as a volunteer in context of the Federal Volunteer Service in the RLI Administration Unit from October 2020 until the end of July 2021. She supported the team for one year and used the volunteer service to gain new experiences, insights into the work in the administration field, and to orientate herself professionally.
