Michaela has been working as an HR Associate at RLI since September 2018. As such, she is the contact person for all recruiting and staff matters at the institute.
Michaela is a trained Hotel Manager and has 22 years of experience in the upmarket hotel business. Several front office positions have led her to Switzerland and France. In 2011, she returned to Berlin as a Rooms Division Manager at the Rocco Forte Hotel de Rome, subsequently working on HR subjects before fully moving into the HR department in 2015.
Michaela holds the Swiss title of “Specialist in Leadership and Management” as well as a certificate as Assistant Human Resources from IHK Berlin.
