Stefanie has been Head of Administration at RLI since July 2023. As a trained banker, she managed a team for private construction financing at Deutsche Kreditbank. There, she most recently earned a university certificate as a corporate health manager and oversaw the staff area for occupational health and safety.
In addition to her work, she is involved in volunteer activities. Stefanie founded a parents' initiative at Kunsthaus Flora in Berlin Mahlsdorf to create an intergenerational meeting place. She also organized a neighborhood network with various sponsors, associations and local companies to set up recurring "Mit-Mach-Feste" (get-together festivals). She gave up her mandate as parliamentary party leader and spokesperson for environmental protection and equality in the district council of Marzahn-Hellersdorf to focus 100% on her new tasks at the RLI.
