Mostafa Abdelrahman was a student assistant in the research unit Off-Grid Systems at RLI from December 2021 until January 2023. He studied in the master's program "Renewable Energy Management" at the Technical University of Cologne and wrote his master's thesis as part of his work for the E-LAND project at the RLI.

Mostafa graduated from Suez University in Egypt with a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering. Afterwards, he was particularly involved in photovoltaic projects.
