Oriyomi Amusa was a student assistant in the RLI Research Unit Off-Grid Systems from October 2021 until December 2022. He had been enrolled in the Master’s degree program Responsibilities in Science, Engineering and Technology (RESET) at the Technical University of Munich. He supported the team with Quality control and coding of field interview transcripts, which were also the springboard for writing his Master’s thesis.

Oriyomi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Ilorin, Kwara Nigeria and a Master’s degree in Environmental Chemistry from University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Asides from his work at RLI, he also Volunteers for Green City EV where he participates in the Environmental deposit project.
