On September 5, Anya Heider, a fellow at Reiner Lemoine Foundation Graduate School, will give a presentation at the International Conference on Smart Energy Systems and Technologies (SEST) called “The Impact of Smart Charging and V2G on the Flexibility Potential and Grid Expansion Needs of the German Distribution Networks”. Here Anya will present findings from a paper on the integration of electromobility with controlled and bidirectional charging.
The international conference will take place from 4 to 6 September in the Turkish city of Mugla. Anya will give her presentation in SESSION 9 Electricity Grid Operation I between 1:45 pm and3:00 pm. At the event, experts from academia, industry or regulatory authorities will discuss technical challenges in the development and operation of smart energy systems. They will also present advanced methods and practices for the development of different components and their integration into the grid.
