Kathrin Goldammer, Managing Director of RLI, will give a keynote lecture at the 22. EUFORES Inter-Parliamentary Meeting on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in Berlin.
In the session “Ways out of the Climate and Energy Security Crisis” Kathrin will talk about “Success Factors for an Ambitious and Fast Energy Transition” and discuss about the topic with Members of the European Parliament, the German Bundestag and members of national parliaments of other EU member states.
The conference’s contributions will focus on the topic “Climate emergency and energy crisis – Faster switch to renewables and energy efficiency”. The conference will discuss core topics on European and national level related to the energy transition such as European Green Deal, REPowerEU, some Directives on renewables or consequences of the Ukraine war for the energy transition.
EUFORES is a cross-party network of Members from the European Parliament as well as from the EU27 national Parliaments with the core objective to promote renewable energy and energy efficiency.
