On September 27, Josephine Nehring, student researcher in the Off-Grid Systems research area will participate in the Future Mobility Summit. There she will conduct a workshop. The focus of the workshop is to use real life experiences from Berlin to generate ideas for a just and inclusive future. The topic is Feminist and Inclusive Research for Climate-Friendly Mobility in Berlin.
In the FAIRberlin project, the scientists conduct research on the equitable transformation of the mobility sector. The focus of their research is on inclusion, marginalized groups and transdisciplinarity. Specifically, they are investigating gender differences in the distribution of traffic among different modes of transport and in mobility preferences.
The Future Mobility Summit is an event of the Tagesspiegel. The event is aimed at anyone interested in the future of mobility and sustainability.
