RLI at EVS29 in Montreal

June 22nd 2016 | RLI  presented parts of its research from the showcase project Micro Smart Grid EUREF at this year’s World Electric Vehicle Symposium und Exhibition (EVS) in Montréal from June 19th – 22nd, 2016.

One of this year’s conference’s major topics was the roll out of charging infrastructure for the supply of battery electric vehicles. As a contribution to that discussion, Alexander Wanitschke presented results of an RLI study on the electrification of intra-regional fueling stations, summarized in the paper Multi-objective optimization of an Autobahn BEV charging station supplied by renewable energy.

As the largest international electric vehicle conference EVS assembed global leaders from industry, government and academia to address technical, policy and market topics in the electrification of vehicle fleets for the 29th time since its formation in 1969.
