Former Head of Unit

Info

Editha was Head of the Research Unit Transformation of Energy Systems together with Mascha Richter until January 2024 – she took over this position in September 2018. In advance, Editha has been a researcher at RLI since June 2012 and in this function was Project Manager of the research project „open_FRED“ (2016-2019), focusing on climate and feed-in time series as open data for energy system models, and the sub-project „open_eGo“ (2015-2018), focusing on inter-grid-level optimization. As Sub-Project Manager of „100 % EE durch PtG" (2013-2014), she analyzed energy storages in fluctuating energy systems.
